We would rather talk to you before you buy a large piece than after. If you have a question about a mirror, a light or a piece of furniture, about lead times, access, crating or shipping to your country, please get in touch and a person will answer you.

We aim to reply within 3 working days. Enquiries that need a freight quote or a made-to-order lead time may take longer, because we quote them properly rather than guessing.

What to include when you contact us
It helps us answer in one reply rather than three:
- The piece you are asking about, with the product name or a link
- Your delivery country, and postcode or city
- For furniture and larger mirrors, whether access is straightforward: doors, stairs, lifts, parking for a van
- Your timescale, if you are working to a deadline
Ordering from outside the United Kingdom
International delivery is quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate, because crated freight for mirrors, lighting and furniture varies enormously with size, weight and destination. Email us the piece and your delivery address, and we will confirm the freight cost, crating method and lead time in writing before you commit. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Trade and commissions
For trade enquiries, specification for a project, or a commissioned piece, email us with the brief, dimensions and timescale and we will come back to you with what is possible. Commissioned work is covered by section 6 of our Terms of Service.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us first at sean@studiophelan.com. We would far rather resolve it directly. How complaints are handled formally, and the law that applies, is set out in section 21 of our Terms of Service.
